The MACView® represents measuring systems for various gasses, vapours and particles. Typical applications are emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC's), poisonous gasses, oxidising gasses, flammable gasses and indoor pollutants. For the best results we have more than 80 different sensors. The government has reduced the limits for welding smoke: the MACView® particles examines the environment in the workshop and controls the ventilation unit on demand. EMS serves all kinds of industries: chemical and process; foods; pharmaceutical and the smaller market segments. They have the common rule: they all pay more attention to environmental care.

The MACView® products display, store and log the measured concentrations. If limits are exceeded an alarm could be generated. We provide a universal controller with several types of sensors. The sensor uses solid-state technology with its main advantages: longer lifetime, longer calibration interval and the scrap does not contain chemicals. In summary: lower costs of ownership and removal.

The MACView® product line includes the following products:
  • MACView® Solvent for gas and vapour measurements

  • MACView® EEx-d, explosion safe system for gas and vapour measurements
  • MACView® EEx-i gas sensor, a separate gas and vapour sensor for hazardous locations. It is available with connections for process (tube), wall-mounted, Nessie platform (e.g. MPC).
  • MACView® IP, system for gas, vapour, particles and dust measurements with embedded web server
  • MACView® Portable, a portable gas/vapour meter for personal protection
  • MACView® Case, MACView® Particles or Solvent integrated in a suitcase
  • MACView® Ethylene Postharvest Analyser , the ethylene measurement system for postharvest storage of fruit, vegetables, bulbs, plants and tuberous plants
