For the production of electronics EMS has a complete production assembly line. This consists of a silk screen printing machine for adding the paste, a SMD machine (an automatic print part position machine) and a lead-free soldering bath. Prelimenary to regulatory processes we produce all our electronics lead-free. We make series between 1-2000 pieces. As part of the production every product is tested, adjusted and eventually calibrated before leaving the assembly departement. Assembly is fully embedded in our ISO procedure so tracking of our products is possible.
